PARTICIPATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.

These participation terms, together with any applicable policies or guidelines relating to the Summer Spree Campaign at Yas Bay Waterfront and Yas Marina promotion, as published and amended from time to time (including our Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy) (collectively, the “Terms”) apply to and govern your access to and participation in the Summer Spree Campaign in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates ("Summer Spree").

The Summer Spree Campaign is brought to you by Yas Asset Management LLC, in association with its affiliates: Yas Bay Waterfront and Yas Marina. BY REGISTERING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE SUMMER SPREE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

Promotional Period

The Summer Spree Campaign runs from 15th June 2026 to 14th September 2026 (“Promotional Period”), and is valid only at the participating outlet(s) on Yas Bay Waterfront and Yas Marina.

Participating Outlets

Excluded Outlets

For the avoidance of doubt, the following outlets are expressly excluded from the promotion/campaign:

• The Captain’s Club (Yas Marina), Xclusive Yachts (Yas Marina), Bounceback Physiotherapy (Yas Marina), Vogue Fitness (Yas Marina), MD Real Estate (Yas Marina), Eyowa (Yas Marina), Yellow Boats (Yas Marina), Island Blue (Yas Marina), Sea Falcon (Yas Marina), Abu Dhabi Sailing Academy (Yas Marina).
• Any purchases made at the Hilton Hotel (and other F&B outlets in the hotel not listed as participating outlets such as Osmo Lounge & Bar, Graphos Social Kitchen).
• Any purchases made in connection with events at Etihad Arena.
• Topstretching®, Warehouse Gym, Water Sports Operators (including Water Taxis).
• Any dining outlets located on Yas Bay, excluding Yas Bay Waterfront, not mentioned as a participating outlet above.

How it Works

Spend AED 100 or more on a single transaction at any of the Participating Outlet(s) at Yas Bay Waterfront or Yas Marina during the Promotional Period. Scan the QR code available on printed collateral at the Participating Outlet(s), upload your details and proof of eligible dine-in spend only (takeaway and delivery purchases are not eligible), to enter the electronic draw.

Prizes

Three (3) winners will each receive an AED 30,000 Aldar Gift Card, subject to the applicable gift card terms and conditions. The Aldar Gift Card is valid until June 2027 and cannot be extended, renewed, or exchanged after the expiry date.

General Terms and Conditions

• Minimum spend of AED 100 in a single transaction, per Participating Outlet, is required during the Promotional Period. Minimum spend applies on a per transaction basis and customers will not be permitted to split invoices for the purpose of obtaining multiple entries from a single transaction.
• Only dine-in transactions are eligible under this promotion; takeaway, delivery, or other non dine-in purchases are excluded.
• Participation in Summer Spree Campaign is only valid for customers aged 18 years and above at the time of entry.
• Customers can receive one (1) entry for every AED 100 spend in a single transaction at Participating Outlets at Yas Bay Waterfront or Yas Marina during the Promotional Period.
• Electronic draw(s) for the 3 prizes will take place on 20 July 2026, 20 August 2026 and 21 September 2026. Each draw will consider only valid entries submitted during the one (1) month period immediately preceding the relevant draw date.
• All electronic draws will be conducted through a randomized selection process via the summerspree.ae portal and supervised by the Department of Economic Development, Abu Dhabi.
• Winners must visit Yas Asset Management Head Office in Yas Marina, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, to complete the required validation process. To claim the Prize, winners must present the original proof of purchase receipt(s) used to enter the draw, together with a valid ID (Emirates ID or Passport), and sign a waiver and prize acknowledgement form.
• Prizes are non‑exchangeable, non‑refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be changed, replaced, sold, assigned, or transferred.
• Any prizes not claimed within thirty (30) days of the date the winner is notified by email and/or SMS shall be deemed forfeited.
